Prior to joining Somar Digital, Lauren was instrumental in transforming the customer experience of New Zealand's second largest Public Transport Authority - Metlink. In her 6 years with Metlink, she spearheaded user-centric solutions and groundbreaking initiatives, including app and website upgrades, interactive projects timeline portal, branded assets management tool, on-bus announcements, multi-channel disruption communications suite, wayfinding signage, and full-color real-time information displays. Her commitment to excellence cultivated an intuitive customer experience while streamlining internal processes, solidifying her as a design leader in the public transport sector.
At Somar Digital Lauren will be working with the team to manage the development and deployment of TransitDash, a groundbreaking SaaS solution designed specifically for public transport providers. TransitDash offers a comprehensive suite of tools that streamline the creation and management of public transport information, delivering significant cost savings, increased operational efficiency, and an enhanced customer experience.
