As such, we are looking for a very special person to join our team as a senior designer.
What’s the role about?
We are on the hunt for confident, experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our design team. You’ll be working on a range of exciting projects with clients who are doing good in our community.
As one of our UX/UI Designers you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences for digital products, following best practices and accessibility guidelines, and bringing the wider project teams along the journey.
About you

- Be energetic and able to contribute to and promote ongoing enhancements to our Design Practice
- Maintain the right balance between being pragmatic and visionary during design implementation
- Have an interest in continuous learning across design and adjacent skills
- Have a comprehensive portfolio that shows a high level of design thinking and a strong visual background
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Bonus: Have a passion for and background in UX research
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years experience managing/leading your own projects
- Experience in developing early stage solutions to complex problems with other designers and the wider team
- Experience in hosting workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing multiple projects at a time
- Confidently communicate your rationale behind creative decisions to team members and project stakeholders
- Extensive design experience working on websites, mobile apps, and other digital products in a sprint-based agile environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional teams to lead the UX/UI Design of beautiful web and other digital projects
- Work collaboratively within our design and project teams to understand the impact of our work, push our creativity and delight clients and their customers
- Communicate with clients to understand the problem and their business goals and objectives; gathering, analysing, and documenting detailed design and business requirements
- Championing and implementing recommendations based on best practice and accessibility guidelines
- Delivering intuitive and user-centric solutions
- Producing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes
- Ideating, planning, and implementing designs that solve the problem
- Preparing and presenting findings and solutions to internal teams and key stakeholders for review and feedback
